FAI 5-A-Side Munsters ⚽🥅

A huge well done to the Faha School Girls who proudly represented Kerry today at the FAI 5-A-Side Munsters in Cahir.  It was a beautiful day for soccer and as always, the event was run brilliantly by the FAI team, whom we thank for a fantastic day of soccer.  

The girls faced strong opposition from Tipperary and Waterford in the group stages, earning one draw and suffering one defeat.  Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to secure a place in the semi-finals.  They then took on Cork in a playoff match, but despite a great effort, the game slipped away in the closing minutes.  

While results may not have gone our way today, this was still a wonderful experience for the team.  The girls represented their school and county with pride, determination and great spirit throughout the day.  Most importantly, they remain Kerry Champions and should keep their heads held high.

Well done girls, we are all so proud of you!  Let's go Faha, Let's go!!!
